When Lily Daniels learns her brother has stolen a lot of money and her dog’s being held for ransom, she and her friend devise a ridiculous plan for her to appear on a new reality show. All she has to do is get married, collect the prize, and pay off the bad guys. But the show’s producer is much more appealing than the groom. To make matters worse, he suspects she has a secret, and he's determined to get to the bottom of it.

Desperate times call for…applying for a spot on a reality TV show? Not normally, but Lily Daniels is just slightly beyond desperate thanks to an irresponsible step-brother and some determined black mailers. In walk tall, dark and handsome in the form of t.v. Exec. Michael Houston, to catch her when she quite literally falls into his arms.

This was a really fun and spicy romance. Michael and Lily are so perfect for each other. Their characters complement each other even as they both put in valiant efforts to deny the attraction. Neither Michael nor Lily needs the distraction that the other presents because it would forfeit their currrent goals. Thankfully, chemistry that hot is just too hard to not give into. An example of the struggle from Lily’s point of view: “Terrific timing. She finally met a guy. A guy that seemed to have it all together. Great looking, cool job, funny, sexy, and she couldn’t do squat about it.”

This book is pretty fast paced and has an engaging and exciting back story. Ms. Osborne created two main characters that had me laughing out load at their dialogue and holding my breath for their HEA. The secondary characters are just as fun. Everyone should have best friends who are both and nosy and loyal to a fault.

I highly recommend this novel and will be watching the shelves for further installments from Ms. Osborne.
