Today is one of those days Logan Reilly wished he'd stayed in bed. Not only does he have to deal with the annoying Winter Wonderland Carnival but his close friend, that whimsical lover of snow, Holly Armstrong, is leaving town forever. The question is, why didn't she tell him and why today, of all days, does he realize she might be more than a friend?

Holly can no longer stay in town knowing the man she loves only sees her as a friend. It's time to move on. Besides, she has other career prospects.

As the carnival unfolds, watch God work in amazing ways. Can He change Holly's mind and make her stay? Can He help Logan see beyond the friendship?

Only time can tell.

Nobody in town gets local grease monkey, Logan, except Holly that is. The two have been close friends and each is secretly in love with the other. When Holly gets the opportunity to move to Nashville, she waits until the night of the Winter Wonderland Carnival to confess it’s time for her to move on. Her friends, and his, do everything they can to bring the couple together.

I love heroes with a little bite. Sarcasm goes a long way when it’s funny and he’s vulnerable. Logan certainly fits such a mold. Where the brave Holly is kind and non-judgmental, Logan contrasts her at every turn with cheek and bravado. He is impossible not to fall for in the first few pages.

The small town setting for this short novel is Christmas card perfect. The nostalgia was the best hour of my wintery afternoon, as was the romance that unraveled so prettily. SNOW KISSED is a beautiful little love story to match its gorgeous cover.

I didn’t want this story to end. It is a great sample of this author’s writing, who stirred my heart in just a few pages. The only drawback to picking up SNOW KISSED, is finishing it.
