All Rachel Haskin wants is one good man who will accept her and her menagerie of unusual and cold-blooded pets. When her cousin sets her up on a blind date, will her ideal for perfect husband material be fulfilled by Seth Armstrong, or will he just be another one date catastrophe in the making?

Scales of Love is a wonderful, quirky read about finding love despite having an offbeat job that scares men away.

Rachel’s passion involves reptiles. Over a hundred of them. Her job involves teaching children about the wonders of her exotic pets. While the children are thrilled, would-be suitors are scared away.

When her cousin sets her up on a blind date, Rachel doesn’t want to waste any time with another guy who will run away when he learns about her passion. Rachel brings along one of her pets to show her blind date as a surprise. But Seth has something up his sleeve for Rachel.

Rachel is a strong heroine. She loves her animals and isn’t about to compromise in order to find herself a guy. You can’t help but love the quirky heroine with an unusual profession. Scales of Love is a charming story and a wonderful read and I love forward to reading more works by Ms. Watters.
