Anytime, anyplace, Ethan Crane's your man. An agent's agent, he’s tough, smart, and fearless. Exactly the guy you want when the stuff hits the fan—and the kind Beth Whitney avoids like the plague. It took a fiancé in the business to teach her, but she's learned her lesson: Don't. Date. Agents. It's this rule that's kept her employed at the agency, doing her part for world security from behind a desk. So when a case throws the two together, Beth's determined to keep it strictly professional. So far, so good—except for the steamy kisses, the red-hot phone sex, and...What was that rule again?
To Ethan, Beth couldn't be less his type if her father ran the agency, which, oh yeah, he does. Still he can't help but find her work in the field a total turn on. Off the field it’s even better. But hot pursuit of a notorious information broker is what they should focus on—not each other. That can wait until they’ve accomplished a job well done. Or can it?
Never date an agent, no matter how drop dead gorgeous the man may be. Oh, and never let him fall for you. That’s just asking for trouble. But if you do, know this. Satisfaction Guaranteed.
Lucy Monroe writes fantastic novels. Her characters are engaging and individual. Her stories have thread connecting them, which makes the characters memorable. The scenes are rich with detail and the passion… well, it’s ripe on every page.
Ethan Crane refuses to fall for the boss’s daughter. Won’t do it, no way. Well, maybe he would love to do it… with her. He’s never been the man to settle down. Who doesn’t know a man who prefers to play the field? But as much as he loves his freedom, if that elusive woman who makes him sizzle shows up, why not indulge? With Beth, he’s got no choice.
Beth Whitney’s given up on men. Her fiancée is a dud and her immediate prospects don’t look any brighter. Know any friends like that? She could be you, maybe? The reader can relate to Beth. We want to be happy and it seems like happiness comes in the form of the man we can’t have. You root for Beth to indulge in Ethan. I rooted for the relationship to work.
And the love scenes? Whew! Very hot yet passionate. You could feel the love.
If you want an action packed novel filled with unique characters you won’t forget, then Satisfaction Guaranteed delivers. I give this novel 5 books.
