Review: Choices

Choices
by Pamela S. Thibodeaux

As a best-selling novelist and songwriter, Camie has penned numerous accounts of the secret love she holds in her heart...

Country-Music Superstar Kip Allen has changed from the shy, humble boy, to the epitome of “star”…

Can the two rediscover each other after one night of his Home is where the Heart is Tour?

This story was a short, cute look at love, faith and the power of prayer. Ms. Thibodeaux created within these pages an emotional tale that looks at the choices we make and how they affect our lives.

Camie and Kip were high school sweethearts, both full of dreams and ambition. Although alike in so many ways, the paths they chose pulled them away from each other. Camie has created a home and security, but prays for the love that’s out of her reach. Kip has conquered the world and received fame and fortune. He returns to his hometown a music sensation, seeming to hold it all in his hands, but lonely for something he can’t define - a love that can only be discovered through faith and prayer. And the one woman he can’t seem to get off his mind.

Inside these pages waits a beautiful story that pulls emotion from the reader. Although I found the ending to be a little abrupt, it managed to pull me into the lives of the characters and feel the hope and longing within their hearts.
