Fiona has never been into Christmas. Having grown up in a series of foster homes, she has no use for Santa…at least until she meets the hottie St. Nick delivers just in time for the holidays—Captain D. C. Campbell.
Technically, they're supposed to be working together to find a stolen diamond, one reported to have the power to bring lovers together. Well, they might not have the stone, but Fiona and D.C. aren't having any trouble getting together—in every sexual position possible!
But it's only a holiday fling, right? It is—unless Fiona's Christmas Male can convince her he's the gift that keeps on giving…
Want a story with sugar, spice, mystery, and Christmas? Then you need to read Christmas Male. This is a Christmas blast you won’t want to miss.
Cara Summers is on my auto-buy list. I love her books and Christmas Male doesn’t disappoint. Military stories can come off as brash and harsh, but not this one. You feel for the characters, even though D.C. can be a bit elusive. I liked the idea that they have to work together to find the diamond. The incentive to be around each other is plausible.
Although the point of view changes within the scene, making it a bit hard to follow on occasion, the sheer passion between Fiona and D.C. is unmistakable.
One thing that drew me in immediately to this story was D.C.’s tenderness. Yes, he wants her so bad it hurts, but at the same time, he demonstrates a tenderness she’s never dealt with before. Any woman would be putty to him, but he needs her only. How sexy! And passion, you’ll need a cool shower when you finish with this book.
If you want a sexy read for a cool December night, then you can’t miss with Christmas Male. I give this novel 4 books.
