On the outside, Molly Gifford has it all—a hot legal career and Daniel Hunter, her equally hot boyfriend. But what she really wants is a family. So when she discovers her real father, she doesn't hesitate to pack her bags. Even though it means leaving her old life behind…
A year later Daniel Hunter's still trying to get on with his life. Then Molly shows up at his door, begging for help. Her newfound father is under arrest for murder, and she's convinced Hunter is the only attorney with the skill and reputation to get him off.
Hunter can't resist helping an innocent man. But this time he'll be the one walking away—even if it breaks both their hearts to do it.
Molly loves Hunter. She does. And she loves color, fun, and excitement. But since she found out who her biological father was, she’s focused on being the daughter the General wants: demure, soft-spoken, and totally not herself. When the General’s accused of murdering his best friend, Molly asks the only man she trusts to defend him and get to the truth. If Hunter makes it to her bed, then all the better… or is it?
I love the characters. The reader can relate to the daughter who wants to please her parents despite her own discomfort and the man who wants to love the woman of his dreams, even though he’s determined to leave her before she can hurt him again.
The dual love stories and the murder keep the reader engaged from page one until the end of the journey and beyond. You want to see things work out for all of them.
If you want a sexy beach read, then Sealed with a Kiss is the novel for you. I give this book 5 books.
