Lindsey Carter thought she’d found her Prince Charming in Brandon Thompson. When he pulls a vanishing act after their first date, her prince becomes a frog. However, Fate steps in. At a weekend conference, she gets a second chance to find out if Brandon’s a shining knight or a real croaker. Will playing hard to get earn her a victory in love, or will she be left seeing green?

They’d shared one date, one dinner, one kiss—one unforgettable knock-your-socks-off kiss. And then he disappeared. Can she get him to notice her again before the night's over? Thus is the predicament of Lindsay Carter and her one-time date, yummy Brandon Thompson.

Lindsay finds herself in a predicament many of us may find quite familiar. The date went well and then what? He doesn’t call. He practically vanishes. What to do? Johanna Riley took 18-short pages and gave us a gem of a story. Just enough to whet the appetite and ask does this author have a backlist—with longer stories.

"Kiss Me By Moonlight" may be a short, but it is one not to be missed. A well-written story that will capture your attention and make you smile at the conclusion of it all. If you are looking for a sweet little morsel of delight, pick this one up. I thoroughly enjoyed it.
