Homeless Santa
by Judy Baker
Lena Belle tries to reject the love of a man whose only job for the moment is playing Santa for the department store. Yet, he stirs an emotion within her that she has not felt for many years. How could she fall in love with a homeless Santa? Would he be willing to work for their relationship?
Supporting a man once in a lifetime is enough. She will not be the sole provider and risk another divorce.
If your Christmas spirit is lagging, Homeless Santa by Judy Baker is the prefect solution. Homeless Santa is a sweet short Christmas story with well developed characters and plot.
This is one of the best developed short stories I have read. LB (Lena Belle) is a fully developed heroine, with strengths and weakness. Her struggle against falling in love with Daniel is understandable and clearly explained. Sexual tension is built and maintained through out the story, it is a constant undercurrent but not to the point that LB and Daniel act like hormone crazed teenagers. LB and Daniel are adults trying to work out an adult relationship. Daniel is a sweet hero, whose motives are clear to the reader but hidden from LB. Ms. Baker even manages to weave in several side stories and secondary characters.
Homeless Santa is definitely a keeper Christmas story, one that I will enjoy year after year.

Unique story which appeals to me.
I would love to read this unique story.
This sounds good ~ probably a perfect book to get someone out of a reading slump.
I love Christmas stories and actually read them year-round. This one sounds like a good one. Thanks for the review!
Sounds like a nice story, but I'm not really into seasonally themed books myself.
Awww! This sounds like my kind of story!
Sounds like a unique story :)
Another christmas story... I would have prefered to have these reviews early December!
Great review and a nice story.
What an interesting premise for a story. It got my attention - but I'm not sure how appealing it is. A rather hard sell, though the hint of Daniel's secrets have piqued my interest...
A five book review! Must be a great book!
